Digital Goods Policy

FØLD Systems specializes in the creation of premium digital goods, including Audio Plugins (VST/AU) and Desktop Software. Due to the irrevocable nature of digital downloads and license key generation, we generally do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed and the download link or license key has been accessed.

Exceptions

We may issue a refund at our sole discretion under the following circumstances:

• Critical Technical Failure: If the software is fundamentally defective and our support team cannot provide a solution or workaround within 14 days of your initial bug report.
• Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same product twice.

To prevent incompatibility issues, we strongly encourage users to review the system requirements listed on our product pages before making a purchase. If you are unsure whether our software will run on your system, please reach out to us prior to buying.
