1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the FØLD Systems website (fold.systems) and our digital products, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. All purchases and downloads are subject to these terms.

2. License and Usage

When you purchase or download a digital product (Audio Plugin or Desktop Software) from FØLD Systems, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal or commercial music production. You may not distribute, resell, or reverse-engineer our software.

3. Digital Delivery

All products sold through FØLD Systems are digital goods. Upon successful payment through our merchant of record (Lemon Squeezy), you will receive a license key and/or download link via email.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we rigorously test our plugins across major DAWs, FØLD Systems does not guarantee that the software will meet your specific requirements or operate uninterrupted on all possible hardware configurations.
